An exciting and rewarding opportunity has just opened to join our Integrated Family Services team as a Senior Practitioner!
As the Senior Practitioner - Integrated Family Services you will be responsible for delivering high-quality case work and case management for vulnerable children, young people, and families. This role plays a key part in supporting the Team Leader by supervising and mentoring staff and coordinating the delivery of programs like Integrated Family Services, Finding Solutions, Adolescent Support Program, and Family Preservation and Reunification.
In this role you be expected to manage a client caseloads, advocate for the programs, and develop innovative solutions to achieve positive outcomes.
To be successful in this role you must possess a strong understanding of relevant legislation related to young people, education, and employment. You will be required to build and maintain relationships with community contacts, stakeholders, and funding partners to drive positive outcomes for clients within the Family Services programs.
