This role is responsible for operations support to the program's activities in a range of data, reporting, financial and resource administration. This position will act as the first point of contact for callers and visitors to the Connie Benn Centre, providing a positive, professional, and welcoming environment. This position will work closely with the team and the Program Manager to ensure the office is operating efficiently.
This role will support Occupational, Health and Safety (OHS) requirements, liaising with partners and stakeholders, and room booking management. The data entry responsibilities will require accurate data entry, support to staff in using the system, and reporting as required.
Salary will be $69,280.93 pro rata per annum, based on skills and experience plus superannuation.
