We’re looking for a professional Change Manager with relevant experience to join our team to make a difference on a full-time permanent basis, working 38 hours per week based in Fitzroy.
The Change Manager will report to the Change Management Lead and support the facilitation of change and end user adoption of new programs, systems, processes and structures across the organisation. This role will assist with leading and guiding the business in the application of best practice change management plans, activities, frameworks, strategies, processes and reporting to maximise change adoption and cultivate a positive change environment.
