ABOUT THE ROLE

Join Bundanon as our Ticketing and Venue Officer and become the go-to expert for our ticketing platform! In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up and managing event tickets, ensuring a smooth online sales process, and helping us deliver outstanding events. WHAT YOU'LL DO...

  • Manage Ticketing System: Set up, build and oversee event tickets on our platform, making sure everything is ready for online sales and running smoothly.
  • Track and Report Sales: Keep an eye on ticket sales, generate performance reports, and provide insights to help us improve and succeed.
  • Support and Troubleshoot: Assist with the event management system, ensuring everything works well and solving any issues that come up.
  • Provide Great Customer Service: Handle ticketing enquiries, manage requests and refunds, and keep our guests informed and satisfied.
  • Handle Admin and Finance: Take care of general admin tasks, manage memberships, and assist with financial processes like invoicing and purchase orders.

We’re looking for someone with a keen interest in technology and a passion for event management. You should be detail-oriented, enjoy problem-solving, and be excited about mastering our ticketing platform.

Essential

  • Experience with the operation of CRM, ticketing and booking systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate and develop relationships with a diverse range of people.
  • Ability to quickly retain and act on new information, adapt quickly to changing circumstances and adopt an effective course of action.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines.
  • Operate effectively both independently and as a member of a team, demonstrating sound judgment and initiative.
  • Having a systematic approach and accurate in record keeping and all tasks associated with ticketing.
  • Proven ability to provide high-quality customer service, handling enquiries by phone and email, and managing membership administration.

Desirable

  • Previous experience with CRM/ ticketing system (preferably Tessitura and/or Momentus), or other previous ticketing experience, preferably within an arts environment.
  • Experience in building CRM systems (i.e. system architecture), and technology tools to support ticketing and administrative functions.
