Chief Operating Officer

Burrinja

Reporting to the Creative Director & CEO, this key role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of Burrinja’s business and operational strategies, including Finance, Human Resource Management and Governance. We are seeking a leader in robust and transparent organisational frameworks.

This is offered as a full-time role, with minimum three days per week at Burrinja Cultural Centre in Upwey. We are willing to negotiate engagement at 0.9 or 0.8 FTE.
