As a Compliance and Risk Manager at our North Ryde office, you’ll be integral to achieving our mission of helping Australians tackle the injustice of global poverty. The role is responsible for the development, implementation and review of the organisational risk management framework, including guidance on risk identification, assessment, mitigation and reporting.

Who we are looking for?

Compliance and Risk Manager

As an experienced professional with a background in organisational regulatory compliance, accreditation and / or risk, you’ll utilise your skills to lead a driven and talented team to ensure organisational compliance, policy, risk management and safeguarding initiatives are delivered to the highest quality.

From ensuring compliance reports are carried out on time, to supervising the continuous improvement of organisational policies and procedures, to managing TAI’s Safeguarding committee, your days will be varied and your impact immeasurable.

An empowering team leader and people developer, committed to cultivating a culture of ongoing learning and development in professional skills and knowledge, you will use your relational skills to establish effective working relationships with your team and across the organisation.

As a Christian, you’ll share our vision for a world without poverty as God intends… and participate enthusiastically in prayer sessions, biblical reflection sessions and church services.
