Who are we looking for? Supporter Engagement Coordinator

Location: North Ryde, NSW, potential to WFH 1 day per week (currently WFH full time due to Covid restrictions)

Position: 12 month maternity leave contract – 5 days/week (35 hours)

If you want to work in a supportive team environment alongside passionate and talented individuals who have a genuine passion for the work that we do, then this could be the right role for you! As part of the Supporter Engagement team, you will take responsibility for listening to and responding to supporter needs & queries. This role, through the provision of excellent supporter care, is critical in ensuring supporter retention, building loyalty and growing engagement. You will also be responsible for maintaining database information with accuracy and integrity, including investigating and implementing strategies for more effective data cleanliness. You will drive the volunteer strategy and management within the Supporter Engagement team.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated, incredibly driven individual. You take pride in your ability to provide exceptional customer service. You have an excellent phone manner, outstanding written communication and a generally positive attitude. You will not only be happy to go the ‘extra mile’, but you will find great joy in troubleshooting and finding solutions and getting things done! You will also have experience working with databases or CRM systems. You will have previous experience in customer service or sales.
