This full-time role of BYS Senior Project Manager supports our mission by providing leadership, planning, execution, and the successful delivery of multiple projects across Brisbane Youth Service's service delivery areas.

You’ll be a great candidate for this role if you:

• Hold a tertiary qualification Project Management, Social Work, Human Services, Social Sciences or comparable qualification OR substantial demonstrated experience in a related field.
• Have experience in developing and delivering service delivery projects within a community services environment.
• Have experience using Client Management Systems and strong understanding of how technology can support service delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to undertake thorough assessments and analysis, plan projects, manage resources, mitigate risks and be solution focused
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Have the ability to lead, direct, and motivate teams to achieve project goals.

Given the work that we do there will be a few non-negotiables. You’ll need to be able to have, or obtain prior to commencement:

• Working with Children Suitability Card [Blue Card].
• National Police Check clearance.
• Evidence of vaccination, immunity, or medical exemption for the following preventable diseases - Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella [Chicken Pox]; Pertussis [Whooping Cough]; Hepatitis B and COVID-19.
