Courage to Care is seeking a Schools Program Coordinator to assist in the delivery of school programs in NSW.

Courage to Care is a non-profit organisation which runs programs and initiatives designed to educate participants of the dangers of racism and discrimination. We use stories from the WWII Holocaust as a catalyst for conversations about standing up to discrimination.

The role is full-time, with flexible working hours and remote work options available.

Key Responsibilities/Accountability:

• Outreach to schools
• Management of bookings
• Management of program logistics inc travel
• Volunteer rostering and communications
• Volunteer onboarding and training
• Program evaluation/impact measurement reporting

Experience:

• Education or related sector
• Working with volunteers
• Project management/program delivery
• Working with diverse stakeholders

Skills and Competencies:

• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• Adept in MS office systems and technology
• Organisational and administrative skills
• A problem-solving attitude
• Attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable
