The Family Support Services offers flexible and responsive assistance to vulnerable families in the Colac Otway Shire and Corangamite Shires. The services promotes the safety of children and supports families to work towards negotiated goals that will improve the safety, health and well-being of the family.

What’s required? 

• An appropriate tertiary qualification in Social Work or Welfare Studies
• A current drivers license 
• Experience and skills in providing support and casework to families and children
• Experience in child centred family inclusive practice
• Demonstrate written and verbal skills including computer literacy
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
