The Assistant Director, Operations leads an energised Operations team to deliver comprehensive systems and processes to ensure the effective administration and operations of Consumer Action Law Centre. They support change initiatives and manage various projects across the organisation.

The Assistant Director – Operations works collaboratively with the Chief Operating Officer in overseeing this function.
