About your opportunity

We are seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join the Corporate Services Division. You will be part of project team that will deliver world best-practice, evidence-based DXP (Digital Experience Platform) to support all Australians who smoke/vape on their quitting journey.

Reporting to the Product Manager (Website), this role is critical to bridge the gap between technology and the business to:

  • Define DXP platform requirements (functional and non-functional).
  • Document business processes, and the technology stack.
  • Identify and document current and future state business processes to create a solid understanding of the new platform.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

  • Facilitate discovery workshops, validate assumptions to understand business needs to define scope.
  • Work with engineers and technical stakeholders articulating business requirements towards solutioning.
  • Conduct analysis on critical business processes.
  • Produce written and visual documentation to articulate both technical and non-technical aspect.

All about you

We are looking for someone with:

  • Tertiary qualification in business, technology, computing or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in business analyst roles within the digital experience world (Headless implementation, DXP, CMS, etc) for large scale settings
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and facilitating workshops with a diverse set of stakeholders across different functional areas and organisational levels
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational and time management skills, including the proven ability to meet tight deadlines Proven capacity to introduce and embed new ideas and approaches into existing working practices, together with a strong ability to adapt to change.
