Canteen’s success is built on the capability and motivation of its people. We are now seeking a Business Analyst – Salesforce to join our team where you will play a crucial role in leveraging our Salesforce platform including Marketing Cloud, to streamline processes, enhance data management and improve overall efficiency within Canteen. This role involves providing project estimates, managing multiple concurrent projects and deliverables, and working closely with the Salesforce Solution Architect and Junior Business Analyst to implement effective solutions and drive user adoption. You will also address mid-level helpdesk issues and contribute to the Salesforce roadmap to ensure future growth and effectiveness.

  • Base Salary + Superannuation + Not-For-Profit Salary Packaging (up to $15,900 of your salary tax-free).

About our role

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Salesforce (both CRM and Marketing Cloud) and integrated platforms (Calendly, Form Assembly, Canteen Connect etc)
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, data structures, and systems integrations to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilise our Salesforce platform to configure standard objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and other system functionalities to meet business requirements.
  • Design comprehensive solutions that address business needs while adhering to best practices, scalability and aligned to our data architecture.
  • Create documentation including functional specifications, process diagrams & user guides.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of Salesforce & Digital implementations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to promote effective utilisation of Salesforce.
  • Respond to escalated Data & Tech Helpdesk issues.
  • Proactively suggest and implement improvements to existing Salesforce configurations and processes.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Nonprofit Cloud. Marketing Cloud experience also highly regarded
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, facilitating workshops, process mapping & solution design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

*Due to the nature of Canteen’s work, you will be required to (very) occasionally work weekends and evenings. Advance notice will be given when this is the case, and Canteen does have a Time off in Lieu policy for taking leave as agreed with the supervising manager.

Employment Expectations
