About the role

The Data and Reporting Manager works within the Projects and Planning Team to collaborate closely with external stakeholders and our Capital Health Network (CHN) Health Systems Integration, Commissioned Services and Quality Improvement teams to implement and manage data and reporting processes across the organisation.

This position is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

About the team

This role leads a small data analysis team that supports CHN business units to produce consistent and accurate reports for the broader organisation to meet reporting requirements. This role requires an understanding of complex data elements effective data analysis.

You’ll spend time working collaboratively with our data analysts and various business units within CHN to facilitate ongoing data analysis efforts and improve our reporting processes. You will be responsible for leading complex reporting tasks, providing training and supervising data projects. Your meticulous attention to detail, expertise in health care analysis and understanding of data governance will enable you to contribute to the success of CHN's primary health programs and have a positive impact on the community.

As part of working at an innovative organisation, you will also contribute to process improvement and broader CHN projects and initiatives.

Work location

This position is based in our Deakin office. We support flexibility and a hybrid work model at CHN and are happy to work with the successful candidate to ensure balance between work and life.

  • Salary: $103,257- $111,101 plus superannuation.
  • Term: 12 month fixed term contract.
  • Employment Type: Part time to a maximum of 27 hours per week.
