The Role

Barwon Prison is looking for an experienced person to provide operational oversight of the Caraniche AOD team on a fixed term maternity leave coverage position. The senior clinician must have experience in AOD work and working with an offending population. They should also have experience providing operational supervision, stakeholder management, scheduling and coordination.

The Location Senior Clinician will be responsible for the coordination of contracted services and support of a team of clinicians. They will also provide service to complex and challenging clients both group and individual work. The Location Senior Clinician will also be the direct point of contact for service delivery and will be responsible for contract reporting, workload distribution and service scheduling.

The role requires a highly skilled clinician with significant experience working within a forensic setting and providing clinical support to a skilled staff team.
