This hands-on newly created role requires a strong individual contributor who is energetic with excellent communication abilities.
This is an exciting and new opportunity based in our beautiful, environmentally-friendly Churches of Christ Kenmore Campus and Community Building with on-site café. This critical role forms part of our CEO and Executive Group office.
We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to take a lead responsibility in supporting Board Committees, CEO sponsored events and PR opportunities, as well as leading and mentoring a team of Executive Assistant Trainees under a formal Traineeship Program.
This is a challenging and rewarding position whereby the successful candidate will be required to utilise their superior organisational and time management abilities to lead and coordinate workflow of the Executive group administration services, whilst also monitoring the flow of information through the Executive Group offices.
Improving initiatives to increase the capacity and effectiveness of Executive Assistant administration services forms part of this role’s essential responsibilities, as does mentoring the Trainee Executive Assistants through leadership, performance planning, feedback and facilitation of the achievement of their goals.
Indicative Total Remuneration: $84,900 (plus significant salary sacrificing benefits + superannuation).
Proven experience in managing the secretariat responsibilities for Board Committees including minute taking, preparing agendas and committee papers, and coordinating meeting cycles and presentations, is imperative.
The role calls for an individual who is highly organised, extremely personable, flexible and agile. They will understand customer centricity and be comfortable conversing and interacting with a range of internal and external stakeholders ranging from Pastors in our extensive Church Network to Government Ministers as part of our Service Delivery footprint.
Multi-tasking will be second nature, and calm presence of mind is paramount, as is a mind for continual innovation and service improvement. The Office of the CEO is bustling and busy, with a high degree of business complexity, people diversity and a hunger to be more effective, more professional, more accessible and engaged with our front-line.
