Reporting to the Manager - Program Practice and Development, the Program Support Coordinator is primarily responsible for the oversight of three staff members and will hold a small case load. The role will ensure the effective delivery of specialised support programs for families who are homeless and initiatives that enhance tenancy sustainment.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
The Program Coordinator also acts as a backup to the wider leadership team and works closely with other Coordinators in the Tenancy and Property Services team to provide operational support and leadership as required. This role contributes as an integral member of the Housing Services leadership team and supports all activities aligned with the strategic direction and consistent with the mission and values of Churches of Christ.
This position calls for an individual who is highly organised, flexible and agile. You will understand trauma informed care and be comfortable conversing with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Team work skills, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to deliver results and meet objectives are essential.
