About the Role

As the Client Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality, person-centered services are delivered in alignment with NDIS plans and goals. Reporting to the NDIS Manager, you will oversee a team of Team Leaders, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure that support workers are equipped to deliver effective, responsive, and compliant services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading service delivery planning, implementation, and coordination, ensuring client NDIS goals are met.
  • Engaging with clients, families, and stakeholders to maintain service plans that align with individual needs and choices.
  • Ensuring compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework, focusing on client safety, dignity, and autonomy.
  • Providing support, supervision, and mentorship to Team Leaders to foster a positive team culture and continuous improvement.

  • Minimum qualification in a Diploma in Disability, Community Services, or a relevant field or equivalent 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing service delivery in a disability support environment.
  • Knowledge of the NDIS framework, client support planning, and relevant legislation.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt to operational requirements.
  • Valid Driver’s License, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Police Clearance.
  • COVID-19 vaccination, including 2 jabs + 1 booster.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework, client support planning, and relevant legislation.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing service delivery in a disability support environment.
  • Ability to communicate with and relate to people with disability and their family members.
  • Ability to interpret and apply relevant legislative, policies, procedures and service delivery guidelines.
  • Well-developed written, oral communication and interpersonal skills, including communicating effectively with stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds and groups.
  • Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to be flexible and responsive to operational requirements.
