Casa is seeking a Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse) with a passion for top-notch patient care. If you’re ready to make a difference, bring your energy, expertise, and positive attitude, this could be the position for you!
As the Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse), reporting to the NDIS Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting client health and wellbeing. You’ll oversee high-intensity supports, ensuring that care is delivered safely and in alignment with NDIS quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include managing clinical practices such as medication, wound care, and client appointments. You’ll also integrate high-intensity practice standards through staff training, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, you’ll translate policies into practice, mentor staff, manage restrictive practices, support client transitions, conduct audits, and develop procedures to maintain evidence-based care throughout the organisation.
This is a pro-rata role, offering the opportunity to work between 0.6 and 0.8 FTE, allowing you to balance your professional career with your personal life while making a real difference in the community.
