As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our participants in their daily routines, promoting independence, and creating a stimulating environment. This role requires hands-on engagement, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Applicants for this position must be female, as some clients have identified personal care needs that are best met by a female assistant. This approach aligns with the inherent requirements of the position and ensures client dignity and comfort.
