For over 30 years, Castle has helped more people with disabilities, mental health conditions, chronic illnesses and injuries find work, connection with their community and live meaningful lives than any other organisation in the Newcastle, Hunter, and Central Coast regions.
Castle’s group of highly passionate people, provide support to people to empower and facilitate them to achieve social and economic participation through capacity building, social connection, training, education and employment in collaboration with community referral partners.

The Service Manager manages NDIS service delivery ensuring service excellence, financial performance, contractual compliance, innovation and industry best practice in the delivery of services. The Service manager ensures the delivery of person centred services and the enabling of workforce to support NDIS participants to build their capacity and achieve social and economic participation.
This position leads a team of Disability Support Workers and key business support roles, the role is based at Mayfield and will overs services across the Hunter area.
