Your Opportunity Awaits

As the Service Relationship Coordinator some of your core responsibilities will be:

  • Ensure a high quality of service to internal and external stakeholders through identification of opportunities for service enhancement awareness and practices
  • Provide accurate information, guidance, and support to internal stakeholders on relevant service techniques and processes to enhance service delivery, including contributing to local planning and development of service offerings
  • Liaise and engage in a variety of complex settings, managing and supporting problem resolution involving multiple services or interventions.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Maitland location with flexibility to work out of other Castle sites as suited to your needs and the business needs.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Degree/Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/Associate Degree qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience of over 5 years
  • Demonstrated experience with between 3 to 5 years in business development and stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated ability to develop significant knowledge of supports and services available internally and externally, with a flexible and creative approach
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of client database systems and related technology, including the optimisation of data across organisational systems
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong business networking skills with external stakeholders to create relationships that deliver mutual benefit
  • Demonstrated personal integrity, professionalism and empathy towards people living with disabilities

Essential Criteria

  • Current unrestricted driver licence or access to transport
  • Willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check
  • Willingness to demonstrate Castle’s Vision, Purpose and Value statements and the ability to engage others and influence organisational culture.
