At CatholicCare, our entire business is centred around people and that includes our employees and volunteers. We serve those in need with compassion, dignity and respect, providing high quality services that meet the evolving needs of our community. Each of our 900+ staff play a part in helping people live their best life and transforming our communities to be safe, nurturing environments. Our people embody our values and demonstrate our mission in their everyday work.
We pride ourselves at making a positive difference in the lives of the people we serve. Our services include NDIS disability services, out of home care, services for seniors, children’s services and a range of therapeutic and community service offerings.
Due to growth, a newly created opportunity is now available for an experienced and motivated Business Development Lead to join the Head Office Team on a permanent full-time basis.
The Lead will be responsible for generating new client enquiries, nurturing leads, and guiding potential new clients through the intake, assessment and onboarding process. This position will initially focus on growth within our disability services portfolio but may extend to our aged care suite of services in time.
Reporting to the Executive Manager, Communications & Engagement, your key responsibility will be to engage with the community to grow our disability business portfolio.
Based at our Head Office in Pennant Hills, there will be a frequent requirement for travel between CatholicCare sites across the Diocese (Central Coast, Northern Sydney and the Northern Beaches) and the wider community.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a strong understanding of the disability/NDIS sector and wants to take their career to new heights!
