We are currently looking for an experienced Caseworker – Intensive Family Preservation (IFP) to join our team in Waitara on a 12-month parental leave contract.
In this role you will provide intensive case management to families for 6-9 months in the Northern Sydney area, including Northern Beaches. This will include addressing child protection concerns through building client capabilities, increasing safety and promoting change through an empowerment client centred model. We provide trauma informed, strength-based casework interventions to families with children and young people aged 0-18 years.
