Community Support Partner - Seniors - Multiple Locations

Have an unrestricted NSW Drivers License, access to a vehicle and a Cert III in Individual Support. If you do apply now.

Work Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm. No nightshift or weekend work.

Some of the suburbs you will be working in:

  • Hornsby, Berowra, Wahroonga, Pymble, St Ives

What your days will look like:

  • Attending to clients, supporting them to remain independent in their own homes.
  • Light domestics duties, including cleaning, laundry, and general tidying of your clients homes.
  • Supporting your client to feel engaged whilst out in the community and trying new activities.

Here’s what we need from you:

  • Current unrestricted NSW driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.
  • Cert III Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability
  • A commitment to following high standards of care.
  • Current Senior First Aid.
  • Willingness to travel, Km’s paid on travel between clients.
