About the role

Multi-systemic Therapy for Child Abuse and Neglect (MST-CAN) is an Evidenced Based Model (EBM) designed to treat 6-17 year old children and their families who have come to the attention of child protective services due to physical abuse and/or neglect.

We are seeking a Practice Manager to not only lead and inspire our MST CAN program but be involved with other teams and Practice Managers providing a wraparound service model suite of services. If your innovative, want to learn something new and share your wisdom please apply.

This role is located in Tuggerah, Central Coast. This is a Permanent Part-time position, working 22.8 hours per week.

Duties

  • Lead and inspire a team of professionals, promoting a positive team culture
  • Be trained in the MST CAN model for back up service provision when needed. It’s the best of both worlds
  • Oversee MST therapists and Caseworkers to ensure a high quality of service delivery and building staff capabilities.
  • Responsible for achieving financial objectives of the program and other management requirements.
  • Actively seek out opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area (eg: Masters Social Work, Welfare, Psychology, Health) OR Bachelors degree, with extensive experience.
  • Experience in all areas relating to family systems theory and application
  • Experience managing and inspiring a team of employees
  • Demonstrated networking and advocacy skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, including budgeting experience.
  • A Criminal History Check and Working With Children Check.
  • Current NSW Driver’s licence and access to an insured vehicle
