A unique permanent full-time opportunity is now available for a Specialist Lead to join our experienced and well-established team in our Waitara office. Our Family Support Services program is delivers early intervention Family Support across the Northern Sydney District working with young people and families who are experiencing trauma or other parenting difficulties to improve their wellbeing.
Reporting to the Practice Manager, the role provides people leadership to 5 experienced Caseworkers delivering family support to children, young people and their families.
As a Specialist Lead you will provide technical and supervisory clinical support, help with case plans and case reviews and supporting the delivery of group work and monitoring allocations of work, pertaining to Targeted Early Intervention and Child and Parenting Programs.
Together the team delivers person centred holistic supports to clients. Ideal opportunity for a passionate leader who is ready to make a difference in the Community!
