CatholicCare NT is a Catholic social service agency established in the Diocese of Darwin. We provide services throughout the NT, including service centres in Darwin, Palmerston, Malak, Tiwi Islands, Daly River, Wadeye, Jabiru, Maningrida, Katherine, Tennant Creek, Alice Springs, Santa Teresa, Titjikala, Finke and APY lands.
The Family and Community Wellbeing service consists of three programs that work together to provide a range of programs, activities, and experiences to promote wellbeing and positive family functioning:
The Team Leader is responsible for providing leadership to the implementation and integration of services at the Malak Hub in order for the programs to meet all objectives. This position has a particular focus on promoting the services offered at the Malak Hub, building community awareness, and supporting staff to meet program obligations.
