Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Oversee operational and strategic initiatives across multiple locations, ensuring excellence in service delivery and compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Professional Development: Champion the development of Service Leaders, enhancing their skills and capabilities to foster a thriving educational environment.
• Community Engagement: Strengthen relationships with key community and educational stakeholders to enhance our service impact.
• Cultural Excellence: Cultivate a culture focused on continuous improvement and high standards in service quality and business performance.
• Effective Communication: Maintain open and supportive communication channels across all levels—staff, children, families and internal colleagues —to build trust and drive engagement.

What You Need to Succeed

• Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education, ACECQA equivalent or higher.
• Experience: Substantial leadership experience in long day care services.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of regulations and standards governing long day care services. Experience working with respectful caregiving practices / key educator programs highly valued.
• Credentials: Valid Working with Children's Check, First Aid / CPR preferable.
