We are seeking to appoint a casual Educator (Children’s Services Employee) at St Benedict's Outside of School Hours Care in Mango Hill.

At St Benedict's Outside School Hours Care we provide before school care, after school care and vacation care to up to 140 children.

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic educator who is passionate about supporting primary school aged children to grow and develop and are committed to seeing them learn and have fun in a happy and safe environment.

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…

• Providing nurturing care for children
• Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
• Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma qualification recognised by ACECQA.
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire.
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace.
