We are looking for a passionate, hard-working and personable Marketing and Fundraising Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (0.6) working at our Greensborough Adoption and Clinic Facility.

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, the successful applicant will be essential to the execution of the Society's Marketing and Fundraising program and be responsible for:

• Assisting in the management of our Regular Giving Program and relationship with Regular Donors (Furever Home) including on-boarding, receipting / reporting and monthly communication
• Assisting in the execution of regular Fundraising appeals
• Assisting in planning and hosting events for Regular and Major Donors
• Developing and executing a local area marketing plan to educate and attract schools, aged care homes and community groups on The Cat Protection Society Community outreach programs
• Assisting in the coordination of The Cat Protection Society Community outreach programs working alongside our Community Outreach Coordinator
• Assisting in the execution of marketing activity (campaigns, advertising, events) to promote the CPSV adoption shelter and feline dedicated veterinary clinic
• Contributing towards the development of key Cat Protection Society supporter publications
• Assisting in the ongoing management of the CPSV Website and e-communication with supporters

Our ideal Marketing and Fundraising Coordinator will have knowledge / experience working with Salesforce and MailChimp (or a similar e-marketing platform).
