The Children's Book Council of Australia (CBCA) is a not-for-profit, ACNC-registered entity dedicated to connecting, communicating, celebrating, and advocating for the value of stories. Our mission is to enrich young lives through Australian stories, promoting a thriving creative world that embraces the transformational power of stories across generations. Our annual national programs include Children's Book Week® and the CBCA Book of the Year Awards.
CBCA is seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team. This part-time role (15 hours per week) will be pivotal in growing CBCA’s digital presence and supporting the development and promotion of our annual initiatives and merchandise.
Reporting to the Communications and Merchandise Convenors, this role will support all CBCA communications and support the design, development and sale of Children's Book Week® merchandise.
This is a highly collaborative position that involves overseeing all digital touchpoints, including the website (WordPress), social media, Shopify store, EDM, CRM and Google Ads.
