Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for making a real difference? Do you thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment? If so, we want you to join our dedicated and friendly team at Better Health Network (BHN) as our Marketing Projects Lead! In this role you will spearhead various marketing and communications campaigns and activities to elevate the profile and reputation of BHN.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication and engagement plans for internal and external stakeholders
• Implement the BHN Internal Communications Framework to help drive internal communications plans and support change management
• Identify and develop requirements for digital campaigns and liaise with agencies to help maximise BHN’s online presence
• Evaluate community interactions with the BHN brand, digital, and other marketing activities and provide recommendations for future strategies.

We are seeking a tech-savvy, team player with:

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing and communications and proven experience in a related role
• Demonstrated experience in content writing, communications, and digital marketing, including sound understanding of digital marketing analytics tools and data analysis
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint intranet, Canva Design tool, Campaign Monitor, WordPress CMS, and Google Analytics.
