Key Responsibilities

  • Provide early childhood intervention physiotherapy support within a family-centered framework.
  • Collaborate effectively within the multidisciplinary team to address gross motor development needs.
  • Undertake comprehensive assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of Paediatric physiotherapy services.
  • Supervise students during placements (Grade 2 expectation only) and engage in ongoing professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures while staying up-to-date of current healthcare research.
  • Manage caseloads efficiently and maintain accurate documentation using relevant databases.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, case conferences, and community engagement activities.

About you

  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent qualification - Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated experience working with children in a multidisciplinary team setting (0-12 years).
  • Proficiency in implementing relevant theoretical frameworks and family-centered approaches.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Good organisational and time management abilities, including a valid Victorian Driver's License.
