Are you a finance whiz looking for a role that truly makes a difference? We’re looking for a Finance Officer to join our team at Children by Choice! If you’re passionate about using your skills for good and want to be part of a supportive, purpose-driven team, this could be the perfect fit.

In this role, you’ll handle the day-to-day financial operations using Xero and Employment Hero, manage payroll (including salary sacrifice benefits for our team), and assist with everything from budgeting to grant management and financial reporting. You’ll also play a key part in supporting our client financial assistance program, ensuring funds reach the people who need them.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience with Xero and Excel
• Relevant qualifications (Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or higher)
• A collaborative team player with
• Bonus points for knowledge of salary sacrifice and the SCHADS Award!
