MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operation of weeding and grass cutting equipment including ability to manage ride on mowers.
• Maintain pathways, grass, and communal areas in all sites, working to a schedule within locations
• Removal of hard and green waste working to a schedule within locations
• Identifying and planning horticultural maintenance requirements in gardens
• Assist with build and landscape design and upgrades
• Support with tree pruning compost management and soil deliveries
• Preparing ground works, landscaping sites and general building works
• Contribution to the ongoing improvement of the social enterprises delivery
• Support relevant reporting, evaluation and monitoring as required.
• Maintain effective relationships internally and externally.
• Work within a budget
• Maintain safe environments to protect customers, team members and yourself in line with occupational health and safety legislation and Cultivating Community policy requirements.
• Operate within the guidelines provided by our contractors
• Support the development, training and mentoring of lower classifications and trainees as required.
