We are seeking applications from people that are either fully qualified as family dispute resolution practitioner, are currently studying Family Dispute Resolution or have an interest in completing the qualification.
To be eligible as a Family Dispute Resolution Trainee you must hold a degree in, Law, Psychology, Social Work or Social Science. Centacare will support the right person to complete the FDR qualification.
This is a Full-Time contract position until 30 June 2026, based in Port Augusta.
As a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, you will provide a range of high quality, child-focused interventions to families post separation who are experiencing various levels of conflict and need support reaching agreements in relation to their children and/or the distribution of property.
The role includes intake, assessment, case management, and the provision of interventions including mediation and child inclusive practice under the jurisdiction of the Family Law Act, as well as advocacy and referral services.
