As our Community Engagement Executive you will support the delivery and implementation of one of our signature events 86K for a Cure, our Community and Challenge Event Fundraising Strategy, and the Workplace Engagement Strategy whilst strengthening other partnerships all designed to nurture and grow our supporter base. You will collaborate with the Community and Corporate Team, to ensure partners and supporters feel ‘known’ and ‘connected’ and are engaged with our mission.

Work collaboratively with the Marketing Campaigns team, you will ensure fundraising campaigns are delivered on time and to budget to achieve shared KPIs.

In conjunction with the Data & Supporter Insights team, you will ensure the database is well managed with clear governance and business rules and KPIs set across teams.

As our Community Engagement Executive your purpose will be to:

  • Support the Community & Workplace Manager to deliver our marketing and fundraising strategy to deepen donor and supporter’s lifetime value
  • Lead the stewardship of all DIY Community fundraisers and Challenge Event Series to provide transformational journeys and ensure our supporters find purpose and fulfilment in their support.
  • Create motivating Journey’s in Ortto to steward challenge fundraisers. Development of pipeline planning through Salesforce to enable effective income forecasting.
  • Contribute to the development of data analytics to create reporting suite that provides effective and timely guidance to business decisions

To succeed you will have…

  • Proven experience in the not-for- profit sector generating net income through peer-to-peer fundraising, events, campaigns, and effective customer relationship management
  • The ability to manage internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver concurrent projects and priorities
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience collaborating to deliver a cross-functional fundraising or commercial strategy
  • Experience across the Microsoft suite, Orrto and Salesforce experience would be an advantage
