About the team

Our retail team are like no other, we are passionate about the cause and committed to driving sales and delivering the highest level of customer service.

Cancer Council NSW is currently looking to hire a Casual Retail Consultant for our Adelaide Store. In this role, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Cancer Council NSW, specialising in all aspects of sun protection.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Ensuring the delivery of an outstanding customer experience
  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our product range
  • Achieving sales targets (with proceeds contributing to cancer research and support programs)

About You

  • Exceptional customer service approach with great communication skills
  • Previous retail experience highly regarded but not essential, including working to a budget and KPI's
  • Availability for minimum 3-5 shifts a week (average casual shift ranging 3 -8 hours)
  • Flexibility to work on a casual contract including weekends and late night trading
  • Ability to work effectively both within a team and autonomously
  • Positive attitude with an empathetic nature
