As the Transport Services Support Officer, you will work to support the daily, efficient operations of CCQ’s volunteer delivered Transport Services across Queensland.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for Transport Services and work in assisting a team of Accommodation and Transport Coordinators with various aspects of operations including, referrals, bookings, daily scheduling, volunteer rosters and service coverage.
This role is an essential part of supporting the overall delivery of CCQ’s Transport Services, ensuring that cancer patients are supported with their transport needs and requests.
This role is Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week).
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in service delivery, particularly with scheduling, bookings and rostering. You will be able to adapt a person-centred approach to service delivery, with exceptional attention to detail and a high level of time management and organisational skills. You will also have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and be able to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Previous experience handling confidential information and working with volunteers is highly desirable.
