CYDA has an exciting opportunity for a person to develop and lead a co-design process that will enable children and young people with disability to fully exercise their rights throughout their life.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Part-time position (30 hours per week)
  • Location: In-office (Collingwood, Victoria), remote (all states and territories considered) or hybrid
  • This is a fixed term role (until June 2027)
  • This is a Level 6 role with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services (SCHADS) Award ($106,389 to $111,092 pro rata excluding superannuation) plus generous salary packaging

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Project Coordinator (Transitions Project) will oversee the implementation of CYDA’s Transitions Project, funded by the Department of Social Services. The project aims to develop and promote a library of resources to support the skills, knowledge and confidence of children and young people with disability, and their parents, caregivers and families, to fully exercise their rights when interacting with services during key life transitions.
