The Property Officer will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and delivery of renewals and maintenance in accordance with the Asset Management Strategy. This role will meet the requirements of the CEHL/Co-operatives Agreement (CCA) as well as compliance, quality control, and budget requirements to deliver efficient and effective renewal projects, responsible predominantly for the regional and metropolitan Western Victoria region.
The role will ideally suit an experienced Property Officer with a positive can-do attitude. The successful candidate will be able to problem solve, have a proactive work ethic coupled with the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
