Role Overview

Centacare Community Services is seeking a dedicated Administration Officer with a strong focus on customer service to join our team in Caboolture on a full time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling a high volume of calls with professionalism and efficiency. This role also involves maintaining stock ordering, record-keeping, archiving, and distribution of email correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to a high volume of incoming calls from clients with professionalism and dedication to resolving inquiries efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and providing accurate information about our services.
  • Process stock orders and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available for service delivery.
  • Perform record-keeping tasks, including data entry, filing, and archiving of documents to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Manage the distribution of email correspondence to appropriate team members and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume call centre or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients over the phone and via email.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software or similar systems preferred.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Commitment to upholding confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.
