Founded in 2007, Parna Ngururrpa (Aboriginal Corporation) RNTBC is the registered native title body corporate holding native title rights and interests in trust for the Ngururrpa people.
Our determination area spans 29,600 square kilometres of culturally significant land, located south of the Balgo community and north of Kiwirrkurra. This vast and unique landscape, rich in cultural heritage and biodiversity, is also recognised as an Indigenous Protected Area, reflecting its ecological and cultural importance.

The Change Manager/ Manager will lead the organisation’s transformation, driving the development of systems, policies, and processes that enable Parna Ngururrpa to thrive. This role is essential to enhancing governance, ensuring efficient land management, and enabling traditional owners to access opportunities aligned with their native title rights.
