We are a small tight-knit team, who enjoy catching up over a team lunch when we are in the office. We are seeking a motivated professional to increase our administration capabilities and help us achieve our exciting organisational goals.

This is a full-time role, with flexibility after training to work a proportion of the work week from home.

Position Summary

As a Program Administration Officer, you will assist in coordinating the end to end application and recertification processes along with supporting relationships with various stakeholders from the environmental field. This role requires organisational and workflow management skills to deliver timely, professional communications and keep accurate records using multiple software packages.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in similar administration roles, with good communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning and joining a team.

Key duties include:

  • Reviewing and processing all application types, including scheduling online panel interviews for new applicants
  • Provide administrative support to our external volunteer teams and committees
  • Basic invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivables and debtor management
  • Creating and maintaining accurate customer information records
  • Producing and generating reports for management
  • Providing professional, timely response to email, and phone call enquiries
  • Proactively contributing to business improvements
  • Providing general administrative business support

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable administration experience (5+ years)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to complete complex administrative tasks without ongoing supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and demonstrated ability to work across multiple CRM databases
