About the role

As a Clinical Trials Assistant you will work with other Clinical Trial Assistants and Coordinators, Principal Investigators and other staff to conduct a wide variety of Sponsor Funded and Investigator Initiated clinical trials. You will be responsible for undertaking patient assessments as required by protocol, and for the accurate collection and entry of data obtained.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Orthoptics, and registration with the Australian Orthoptic Board.
  • Excellent clinical ability in Orthoptics and ophthalmic assisting with the ability to learn new techniques and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills, including excellent rapport with patients.
