Georgina Martina Inc. is a community-based organisation which operates a family violence service including two high security ‘Core and Cluster’ refuges and several properties for longer-term support.

Position Overview:

As our Corporate Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisation's operational success. Reporting directly to the CEO, and part of the leadership team, you will lead a dedicated team and oversee strategic initiatives across finance, IT, HR, facilities management, and more. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving innovation to achieve our mission.

Skills and Qualifications

• CPA, Business Administration, or related qualification preferred.
• Senior leadership experience in the not-for-profit sector, ideally in family violence services.
• Strong operational management skills across finance, IT, HR, and risk.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced analytical and conceptual abilities.
