What You’ll Do

  • Inspire New Donors: Develop and manage dynamic acquisition and conversion programs across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with Digital Experts: Work closely with our Digital Specialists to design and implement effective lead generation strategies that capture and engage potential new donors.
  • Leverage Data Insights: Use data-driven insights to understand our audience better, optimize our acquisition strategies, and ensure we’re targeting the right people in the most effective ways.
  • Enhance Donor Journeys: Partner with the Senior Acquisition Specialist to convert one-time gifts into regular donations through strategic telemarketing and direct mail campaigns.
  • Innovate Fundraising Channels: Lead the introduction and implementation of new fundraising channels in collaboration with the Individual Giving Manager, exploring fresh avenues to connect with potential supporters.
  • Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns: Assist in the rollout of engaging campaign communications across phone, face-to-face interactions, direct mail, digital platforms, and SMS to maximise outreach and impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for Impact: You’re motivated by a desire to make a meaningful difference and help drive our mission forward.
  • Strategic and Creative: You have a knack for developing and implementing innovative strategies that resonate with potential donors and inspire action
  • Data-Driven Approach: You’re skilled in using data and insights to refine strategies and optimise results.
  • Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team environment, working seamlessly with digital specialists and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Experience: Experience in donor acquisition or a related field is preferred, with a track record in managing and growing fundraising programs.
