ChildFund Australia is an independent international development organisation working to reduce poverty for children in developing communities. As a key member of our Philanthropy Team, your focus will be on cultivating and stewarding meaningful relationships with major donors, enabling us to meet ambitious fundraising goals. Your role will drive significant impact across a portfolio of major donors, ensuring customised donor journeys and innovative donor engagement activities that connect donors to our mission.
You will join a growing, but still goldilocks sized team, who are passionate about their work and creative in their approach.
Our team is big enough that there are plenty of people to help you grow your career and have some fun with, but small enough that you aren’t forced to ‘stay in your lane’. It is just right! We have an amazing team of fundraisers who want to push to boundaries and they need your help.
This role is a permanent full-time role based in our office in Surry Hills, Sydney. We’re also supportive of flexible working arrangements, including allowing our employees to work-from-home some of those days if the responsibilities of the role permit it.
Some of the benefits of working with ChildFund Australia include:
Are you excited about the opportunity to own your portfolio of major donors and steward meaningful relationships on behalf of ChildFund and our mission? Do you have the relevant experience? Please apply!
Applications will be considered on a rolling basis, so please don't hesitate to apply as soon as possible!
