We are looking for a super star Manager to join our team in Alice Springs.
We will train and mentor you to transition into the wonderful Early Learning Sector.
Child Australia is a not-for-profit early childhood education and care organisation providing services throughout the Western Australia and Northern Territory regions. Working collaboratively with children, their parents, families, early childhood professionals and the local community, we aim to develop and expand the education and care that children receive within their first years of life.
Child Australia is regarded as a leading authority on capacity building within the early to middle childhood sector, through providing professional development, information, online training and a wealth of professional resources.
Featuring state of the art facilities and a fully resourced service, Larapinta Child and Family Early Learning Centre opened in early 2017 and offers a premium standard of care to children from birth to six.
Co-located on the grounds of Larapinta Primary School, our Early Learning Centre aims to showcase successful integrated service delivery. Featuring light and spacious rooms and a stimulating and engaging outdoor play space, children love spending time with our qualified and experienced educators.
We are currently looking for a Centre Director/Manager to lead our passionate team of Educators and staff at Larapinta Child and Family Early Learning Centre.
This is a Permanent role located in Alice Spring, NT.
Full time position, part time opportunity will be considered.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build lasting relationships. You must have the ability to guide, mentor and empower the staffing team as well as the ability to identify and nurture each staff member’s individual strengths. You will lead teams to create innovative and exciting, high quality learning programs and build their reflective practices whilst demonstrating that you are highly organised, approachable and flexible.
